Every tee is printed when you order it. Here's exactly how that changes things.

How we work
Made on demand

Every shirt is printed after you order it

We don't hold stock. The moment your order comes in, it goes to Printful's queue — your tee didn't exist before you bought it, and we don't keep extras lying around. That's what makes a Drop real, and it's also why returns work a little differently than a normal store.

Printful handles printing and shipping. If something goes wrong on their end, they make it right. If something goes wrong on yours, email us and we'll sort it out.

What we cover

Defective, damaged, or wrong items

If your tee arrives damaged, the print is faded or misaligned, or you got the wrong design or size sent — we'll fix it. No drama. Your choice: a free reprint or a full refund.

  • Item arrived damaged or torn
  • Print is faded, misaligned, or has a quality issue
  • Wrong design or wrong size sent
  • Package lost in transit (reported within 30 days)

Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery. Send a photo of the issue — it speeds up the claim with Printful and gets you sorted faster.

What we can't do
Final sale

Size mistakes & change of mind

Because every tee is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Color looking slightly different on screen vs. in person

Check the size chart on each product page before ordering, and size up if you're between sizes — the Bella + Canvas 3001 runs true to size but can shrink slightly after washing.

If you ordered the wrong size, email us anyway — we'll see what we can do.

Consumers in Argentina are protected under Ley 24.240 de Defensa del Consumidor, including the right to receive products as described and to seek remedy for defective goods. If you believe your consumer rights haven't been met, you can contact Defensa del Consumidor.

We'll always try to resolve issues directly with you first.
