12 Years of DFA

I'm losing my edge, but I was there.

I really got to know DFA when I moved to NY in 2005. Before that I knew some of their bands like "The Rapture" and of course "LCD Soundsystem" but really had no idea about the label behind them. Little did I know that DFA was more than just a label.

In some shape or form it was more like a family, factory, talent discovery thingy that to the day continues to produce some amazing artists. I am really happy to see that it has been 12 years and they are still going strong. RedBullMusic put together a great documentary about it

Also they are throwing a big party to celebrate the 12 years. I might be going...
