It\u2019s titled Rebus and is part of the MoMA\u2019s  artist-curated exhibition series.<br \/>\nTaking the role of curator, conceptualist photographer Vik Muniz took 82 pieces from MoMA\u2019s collection and organized them according to the principle of a rebus. A rebus is a kind of word puzzle which uses pictures to represent words or parts of words.  They are essentially little pictures, often made with letters and words, which cryptically represent a word, phrase, or saying.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wastedtalent.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/01\/3153223153_72f28d7cb9.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1910 aligncenter\" title=\"3153223153_72f28d7cb9\" src=\"http:\/\/www.wastedtalent.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/01\/3153223153_72f28d7cb9-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.wastedtalent.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/01\/3153223153_72f28d7cb9-300x199.jpg 300w, http:\/\/www.wastedtalent.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/01\/3153223153_72f28d7cb9.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Borrowing from the rebus\u2019s simplified linear structure, Muniz selects his own group of works of art and puts them together in a way that each one is connected to the next creating a narrative.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wastedtalent.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/01\/picture-2.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1912\" title=\"picture-2\" src=\"http:\/\/www.wastedtalent.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/01\/picture-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"449\" height=\"138\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.wastedtalent.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/01\/picture-2.png 449w, http:\/\/www.wastedtalent.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/01\/picture-2-300x92.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 449px) 100vw, 449px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe human brain responds directly to the eye\u2019s inability  to process all the visual elements of a scene simultaneously.
