So it was bound to happen. This is the fifth attempt for Aliens to take over the Earth. But this time we are not going to fight them. This is the Empire, they rule the Universe and finally they have found the Earth. Hail to the Empire!

Here is a little history of failed attacks. The first time was back in 1938 when Martians, presumably Martin the Martian and his fleet attacked the Earth. The attack was frustrated because Martians died of Earth germs and bacteria.
The second attack is still up for debate, since it is unclear if it was an attack or just a misunderstood image from TV. Reporter Kent Brockman announced that the space shuttle was under the control of aliens forces. Nothing really happened and Homer Simpson and his crew returned safely to earth.
The third attack happened in 1996 when Aliens returned to Earth to rescue their first emissary that was capture in 1951 and held in Roswell, NM. Raging in anger the aliens launched a massive attack on Earth bringing humans to their knees. This time Dr. David Levinson had the brilliant idea of introducing a virus into their spaceships allowing the military to strike.
The fourth strike was also in 1996 and again by the Martians, who learning their mistakes from the first attack, returned with suits that allowed them to breathe in the Earth. The human weapons are useless, until they discover that a high pitch sound will break the glass and kill the Martians.
